Project Director (and a shareholder) for MMG as well as an independent management consultant with extensive operational and project experience covering food industry, oil and gas, environmental and transport sectors. In the food industry this has included postings in Saudi (NZ Milk Products), Russia (Pepsi Int Bottlers) and Romania (Danone) which included design and construction of the facilities and then operational management. He was a member of the Exec team of Brewery Holdings (PE fund owned – majority Advent Int.) which purchased, turned around and then sold the brewing group to a multi-national brewing group. He spent 2005-2012 working for OMV Ag (O&G) in a senior Procurement Role managing significant purchasing budgets for both on and offshore works. Duane is a shareholder and has been key in the development of the MMG minerals reclamation project from its inception, managing the process throughout. Duane is a New Zealander and has been Romania based for 26 years.
